a nice stay
quality dishes sparkling pool
we had a sea view junior suite. our room was cleaned daily. the main food restaurant offered high quality dishes with fantastic variety each lunch and evening.. the pool was sparkling clean, we loved the pool bar. it was a treat to visit.
the towels are old. they are hard and worn out. this is not 5 star standard.. i had to queue for them. i wanted to get a fresh towel for the next day and wasn't allowed. the towel police wouldn't allow it.

the hotel offers facilities such as a spa and a gym. there is also a supermarket on site, really useful. the coffee house provides a barista coffee experience in a nice setting near the pool area.

excellent family vacation
beach location quiet room really good housekeeper
the hotel offers a convenient location near the beach. rhodes town is also easily accessible for cultural excursions. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet plus clean. housekeepers maintain really good standards and promptly address requests.
i found the evening entertainment quite lacking. the overall atmosphere during the evenings felt somewhat dull. there's a need for more sun loungers near the pool area.

the room featured a comfortable bed and effective soundproofing. daily cleaning services maintained high standards of hygiene. two complimentary bottles of water were provided upon arrival.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. staff members quickly addressed my requests. i experienced prompt and efficient service from everyone i encountered. i had a smooth check-in process.
